Just wanted to review the principles. The book is a bit of a mess, but I got what I wanted from it. 1. 50% living food or more.2. Eat only fruit until noontime. Start with a glass of water with fresh lemon juice. Only fresh fruit. Drink juice or smoothies slowly. Try to avoid coffee. 3. Don't eat protein and starch together. Don't drink water (or other drinks ) with your meals. Avoid snacks, if snacking, eat something live and leave time for digestion before eating again. 4. One day a week, eat only living foods.5. Get a rebounder and exercise on it 20 minutes a day. For the lymph system.
