I enjoyed the local Boston scene, the current events references, the tie ins with the adopted African American boys. It was a quick read and fun, but also explored what it means to be a family, what do we owe to other people, what do we need to survive and thrive. Sometimes you wonder when it's all going to come together, but you know it will.
